Our Class Lineup

SilverSneakers® MS/ROM — A low-impact class focused on muscular strength, range of motion, and flexibility. Ideal for active older adults and anyone easing back into fitness. Available multiple days per week through our SilverSneakers partnership — check the schedule for current times.

Candy's High-Low/Interval — An energetic mix of high- and low-impact aerobic moves with interval training to keep your heart rate climbing. Led by Candy on Monday mornings.

Zumba Fitness — High-energy Latin dance fitness that feels more like a party than a workout. Excellent cardio with a fun, inclusive community. Offered Monday and Wednesday evenings with instructors TJ and Lisa.

Yoga — A dedicated Yoga session every Tuesday evening with instructor Frank. Build flexibility, core strength, and mental clarity in a low-pressure, supportive setting.

Candy's Weights & Bands — A Wednesday midday strength class using free weights and resistance bands to build functional muscle and improve tone. Led by Candy.

Power Pump — Thursday evening strength and conditioning designed to build functional muscle and improve total-body tone. Led by Diane.

Kettlebell Amp'd — Saturday morning kettlebell training with Lisa. Challenges strength, endurance, and coordination in one efficient, results-driven workout.
